Engramn

Google review replies · Multi-location auto

Every review answered. Every location. Same day.

Engramn reads every Google review your dealerships get and writes the reply for you, in that location's voice. Your team reads it, changes what needs changing, and sends. The AI drafts. A person sends. That line is the product.

Alicia in sales was straight with me about the trade-in and never pushed. Smooth buying experience overall. Waiting on financing took most of the afternoon though.

How it works

Four steps, then it runs on its own until you're needed.

01

Connect a location

Sign in with Google and pick the Business Profile. Reviews start syncing in minutes — history included, so you can see what was never answered.

02

Set the voice

Tell us how each location talks — the service lane doesn't sound like the showroom. Add the phrases you never want used, and the sign-off you always use.

03

Read the drafts

Every review arrives in one inbox with a reply already written, ordered by what needs a person first. One and two stars sit at the top.

04

Approve and send

One click posts it to Google. Edit it first if it needs it, or send it back for a re-draft. Nothing leaves without someone clicking.

What you get

Four screens. No modules to buy, no tier that unlocks the AI.

Review inbox

One queue across every location

Filter by location, rating, or status. Keyboard through it. The draft is already there when the review opens.

Trust

The AI drafts. A person sends. There is no setting that changes that.

Nothing sends itself

There is no auto-send toggle, hidden or otherwise. A draft sits in the inbox until someone approves it.

Google access, revocable

Standard OAuth against your Business Profile. Revoke it from your Google account and Engramn stops the same second.

Your locations stay yours

Each group's data is isolated at the database level, not by application code remembering to filter.

Every send is on the record

Who approved it, when, and what they changed from the draft. Useful the day a reply gets questioned by an owner, a customer, or the manufacturer.

When it earns its keep

The days this actually saves you.

The one-star that lands Friday at 6pm

It's flagged and drafted before Monday. Whoever opens the inbox first sends a reply that doesn't sound defensive.

Service and sales, answered differently

A service review gets a service voice. Nobody has to remember which store signs off which way.

The store you just acquired

Connect it, and its backlog of unanswered reviews comes in already drafted. Billing follows the location count.

The GM wants one number

Response rate across the group, this month against last. It's on the first screen after login.

FAQ

The short version.

Does the AI send replies to Google on its own?

No. Engramn writes the draft and someone on your team approves it before anything posts to Google. There is no auto-send setting, hidden or otherwise — the reply sits in the inbox until a person clicks send.

How much does Engramn cost?

Engramn costs $399 per connected location, per month. Everything is included at that price: AI-drafted replies, unlimited team members, per-location brand voice, analytics, and the full audit trail. There is no contract, no setup fee, and no separate charge for the AI.

Will the replies sound like a robot?

Each draft is written against that location's own voice settings and quotes the specific thing the customer mentioned — the visit, the vehicle, the salesperson they named. You set the tone per location, list phrases the AI may never use, and fix a sign-off. Edit any draft and later drafts move toward how you write.

Who is Engramn for?

Engramn is built for automotive dealership groups running more than one location, where answering Google reviews is somebody's job and never the priority. The people using it day to day are usually the marketing manager, the BDC team, or whoever the GM asks about the star rating.
